I spent more than twenty years working in senior leadership roles in corporate environments, coaching high-performing teams and leaders to think clearly, make confident decisions and deliver results.
Over time I noticed something that wasn’t being talked about.

But because they were navigating a biological transition while still carrying huge professional and personal responsibility.
My work combines leadership coaching with specialist menopause training.
